Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@violintablab.com with your order number and details of the issue. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Digital products (sheet music downloads)

Please note that digital sheet music and other downloadable products are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you have any trouble accessing your files or believe you have received the wrong item, please contact us at info@violintablab.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damaged or faulty items, we will usually offer a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Digital downloads (once accessed or downloaded)

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a physical item, please contact us at info@violintablab.com
The quickest way is usually to return the original item once approved, and place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This cooling-off period does not apply to digital downloads once they have been accessed or downloaded.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
